Are Best Massage Guns UK Worth It ?

For years, I have been receiving monthly massage because I find it extremely beneficial in maintaining a happy computer group, aligned hips and it simply reduces my overall stress level which improves recovery. A  home best massage guns uk runner could give me some of these benefits ??

As things change and I'm still looking to spend money wisely, I started to wonder if these massage guns are really worth it. Could it serve as a replacement?

WHY MASSAGE GUN?
Massage guns, more technically referred to as percussion massagers, percussion therapy, or vibration therapy, are an advancement over household tools we have long had access to, such as deep tissue massagers that use a more circular motion.
. In fact, the name "gun" comes from the shape of a nail gun and the same idea that the massage tool itself pushes outward.

Uses depth, speed, and force to hit muscles that handheld massager deep tissue would do with less pain
Allows you to work deeper than with a foam roller
Repeated force provides vibration therapy
Targeted for use in small areas

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A MASSAGE GUN?

Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of studies yet to prove the claims made, showing that a lot of it could be in our heads, like using compression tights for running. Don't worry, I'll take whatever free space I can get.

A small study found that the use of vibration and/or massage helped relieve muscle pain. And a new, larger review of numerous studies supports this data!

muscle relaxation due to deep vibration
increased relaxation could promote better sleep
increased blood flow to this area when completed, which can aid in muscle recovery
could improve flexibility while muscles are in a distracted state
interrupts pain signals to the brain (discovered by writing on the vibrating foam rollers)
potential increase in muscle strength.

WHO SHOULD AVOID MASSAGE GUNS?

no if on anticoagulants
no, if you want to use it directly on your neck
no, if you bruise easily
no, if you have limited sensations (i.e. diabetic foot problems)

WHAT DO MASSAGE GUN EXPERTS THINK?

During my last visit to the sports chiropractor, I asked him for his opinion.

Do you think people should use them at home? "

Dr. Spitz  had a few very clever things to say:

I think it's really exciting when people first get it and then a lot of them put it aside and stop using it.
People should NOT keep walking through a painful area (this is a great way to increase inflammation, as is the reason you don't roll your foam IT band)
It's really great for working a glute while using the leg movement

DO YOU NEED A MASSAGE GUN?

If asked, this wouldn't be the first tool that I think every runner needs. Probably because I'm stingy about where I'm spending money and don't want to throw yours away either. Do I appreciate having one for sure? But they've been out for years and I survived without one too. Once you say yes I do them and want to have fun or take things to the next level so I'm depressed.

This is not a panacea or a quick fix,  but if it turns you on to workout or helps you feel better recovery,  then GO FOR IT.shoulder massage gun

BEST AFFORDABLE MASSAGE GUNS

Why are massage guns so expensive? There's a lot of techs involved, but I can't give you a big reason why the $ 600 massage gun is considerably better than the one I use and is on sale for under $ 200 or 150 euros.

My chiropractor has the Theragun for $ 600 or 500 euros and likes the massage gun head on it because it doesn't cause pain if you end up on a bony area which is easy to do around your shoulders and chest.

Amplitude - how far does it go

Nice to have multiple tool heads to hit the muscles differently
Easy to hold
Good battery life (I'm definitely the one who forgets to charge things)

is the most value-for-money massage gun, but as I quickly learned, that's because it is packed with some features you really won't find in others.

One of the only massager guns to come with steel heads

As I quickly learned this GLIDE on your clothes where rubber bullets often get stuck or cluster
It is really QUIET. Like I can use it in the same room while my husband is watching TV in silence
Comes with plugins to make it work in multiple countries, a carrying case, and all massage heads
Multiple speeds and a light that actually helps alert you when you're pushing too hard! (remember the massage guns are floating above you, do not push deeply)
The handle is really easy to hold and it has a great warranty (which I want at these prices)

Advanced percussive massage gun  powerful pain relief

Vibrational healing is a form of healing based on vibrations and subtle energies, without any reliance on other healing systems. It is based on each person's unique energy field and is known to be effective. Interestingly, a massage gun offers this same benefit, as it delivers vibrations deep into the muscle using the technique of "percussion therapy".

The vibrations from massage help improve blood and lymph circulation throughout the body, which helps produce more oxygen and nutrients in the muscles. The result is rapid recovery, improved range of motion, pain relief, and relief from fatigue and muscle pain. Neck, shoulder, and lower back pain can easily be relieved with the advanced vibration effect of percussion muscle massage gun
