5 Tricks to Enhance the Beauty of Your Nails

More superficial aspects of the body significantly contribute to your beauty. One of them is nails; they can dramatically boost your attractiveness, especially when you need to match them with your fashion. No need to visit a salon for pedicures and manicures to beautify your nails; you can engage in other DIY activities.

Beautifying your nails is not all about applying polishes and gels; there are other things you can do. These activities also involve caring for other areas, such as the cuticles. These tricks can help you boost your nails' beauty, and you can select a few or all of them.

  1. Nail polishes and gels

Never scrape the nail polishes since it can damage the nails making the surfaces rough and patchy. It also strips the top nail layers making the nails more fragile. Always use the nail polish removers but avoid those that have acetone concentrations. They also contain hydration oils that can cause the nails causing dryness and breakage.

Nail polishes can be ideal for your nails and to promote the nail's beauty. The best polishes for the nails are gel nails. These gel nails are also ideal for protecting the nails. They can hide the bumps and groves that may show due to injuries or other factors. You need to remove the gels after three weeks and replace them frequently.

  1. Use juices

The juices contain different minerals and vitamins that can be ideal for helping you grow healthy and stronger nails. You can take the juices frequently, or you can rinse and dip your nails in the juices. You need to use organic juices, not purchased ones, to avoid any chemicals in the body.

One of the juices is lemon juice since they contain concentrated Vitamin C. Vitamin C is good for healthy nails and hair and can strengthen the nails and facilitate nail growth. The lemon juices can also help you eliminate nail stains since they have bleaching properties. They can also help you remove specific nail gel and polishes. You rub a slice of lemon on the finger and toenails for about five minutes, then rinse with warm water.

The other juice is orange juice, which has Vitamin C and folic that can facilitate collagen production. Collagen can also help nail growth and have antioxidant properties to prevent nail infection. Soak your nails in the juice for ten minutes, then rinse with warm water to moisturize effectively.

  1. Use different oils

Oils such as coconut and olive oils can help you have the best nails and can help you resolve nail challenges. Olive oil is good for brittle nails since it can strengthen the nails. The oils can easily penetrate the cuticle to reach the inner layers soothing the nail cuticles and preventing dryness. The oils can also support blood circulation, boost nail growth, and leave shiny and brighter nails.

Gently massage the nails with the oil for about five minutes, then cover your hands with gloves and let them rest overnight. You can also use coconut oil since it is a rich antioxidant and rich in Vitamin E, which are suitable for the nails. They prevent fungal and bacterial infections that can cause nail dryness. You can also use almond oil which is rich in Vitamins B5 and E.

  1. Use nail hardeners but sparingly.

Unless the nails are fragile, you need to limit the use of nail hardeners. They are suitable for helping the nails stronger and preventing them from breaking when attending to house chores. When the nails are hard enough, it can prevent the entry of germs into the nails. The best nail hardener should be organic to avoid chemicals that may damage the nails in the long run.

Always use organic nail hardeners, or you can eat some foods that can help you strengthen the nails. Such foods should be richer in Vitamin E and E and contain minerals such as iron and calcium, which is good for strong bones and nails. You should avoid hardeners with certain chemicals, such as formaldehyde solutions. They can have health implications, such as cracking of the nails.

Before you apply the nail polish, you need to have the hardeners to protect the nails before any coating. Before you use the hardener, you need to establish the conditions causing the fragility. These conditions include excess water, detergents, and solvents. You can avoid these items hence restoring your nails' strength.

  1. Maintaining your cuticles

Cuticles can easily rupture; hence, you need to handle them cautiously since rapture cuticles can affect the nail's beauty and peel part of the skin. Once they begin peeling, you should trim them frequently to prevent them from overgrowing and rupturing.

While trimming them, do not bite or pick them to cause further damage. To prevent rupturing and cuticle dryness, you should moisturize them frequently. You can massage and moisturize them with the best oils to nourish them.

You should wear gloves when engaging in other activities that harm your cuticles. The gloves will also protect the cuticles from detergents and solvents that can cause dryness. Ensure the gloves are dry enough after use to avoid fungal infection to the cuticle the next time you put on the gloves.

Conclusion

Nails are critical for your beauty; hence you need to engage in different activities to preserve them. You can enhance the beauty by using the right gel nails, preserving the cuticles, and applying nail hardeners. You can also use other substances, such as oils and juices, to help you grow healthy nails.
