The idea is that in a legal battle it doesn’t matter how strong or well-spoken your argument is, if there is no evidence then the legal battle is basically lost. You have to have evidence to bring, these evidences will be your primary defence and your main line of offence to settle a problem or dispute. Report the Issue

Before anything escalates out of hand, one of the best things to do as an employee is to report the unfair practice to the immediate supervisor or the manager. The idea being is that these managers are ideally trained to deal with these matters.

You can tell your supervisor about the problem and probably they can fix or settle it right away, if it doesn’t work then the issue can also be brought up to the union officials who will then bring the case to a higher-level management if it is necessary to do so. Such is the role of unions and collectives; they can represent workers and their voices.

Do not bring it Up on Social Media Networks

Under any circumstances, never bring it up or upload any evidence and documentation on social media, because it won’t help you settle your dispute with your company. Getting the verdict of the internet jury will only bring bad perception on your company, and you do not like that because you will be the one who will carry the blunt force of retribution when that happens. You have to settle things on the proper forum with the right methods if you want to get what you want.

In any dispute it is important to remember not to be carried away by emotion and that each problem and dispute must be met with calm heads to get the best compromise for each party involved.
