MGM Medical College is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It was established in 1947 and has been offering quality education to students from all over the country. The college is situated in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and has an enrollment capacity of 1000 students per year. The campus consists of beautifully designed buildings with well-equipped facilities for teaching and research purposes.
Camden campus is beautiful and spacious, with a lot of trees and greenery around it. The campus has good lighting facilities, which makes it easy to study at night or in the early morning hours when you're not ready to go home yet but also want some light on your face while taking notes during lectures or tutorials! It also has nice temperature control by way of air conditioning units that keep things cool inside throughout sum the months.
The campus is well maintained, clean and safe. It has beautiful buildings and spacious grounds. The building structure is also very good with good ventilation, lighting and furniture facilities available in all the departments. The college campus has excellent sports facilities like an indoor stadium, outdoor swimming pool, etc., which makes it more attractive for students to pursue their higher education.
The college has good Faculty Facilities, Good Infrastructure Infrastructure, Good Library, Hostel facilities, and Canteen food. The College also provides hostels for all students under one roof.
The sports facilities include a cricket ground with pavilion & flood light; a soccer field with flood light; a hockey field with flood light; a basketball court area & badminton court area etc.
Also, the college has a good placement cell. The College provides transport facilities to its students from nearby villages and towns.
Admissions are done based on NEET ranks. The admission process is very competitive and there is a high possibility that you might not get any seat in your desired course.
Students from all over India apply for admission to this College and they also have to pay tuition fees for their courses which vary from Rs.20,000 per year to Rs.50,000 per year depending on the course chosen by them. In addition to this fee students have to pay hostel fees as well which vary between Rs 15000/- - 20 000/- (depending upon category). There is no sports fee charged by MGM College but there are some other charges such as examination fees that would be required while applying for various courses offered by this institute including its postgraduate programs like MCA & MBA etc.
The placement cell is very active and helpful in the college. There are a lot of placements offered by the college. These jobs are good enough to give you a decent salary, but they are not too good as compared to other colleges around Aurangabad.
The placement cell also offers many other types of jobs like teaching assistantships, research assistantships, etc., however, these positions do not offer much money but still you can get some amount if you want them badly enough
College ranks number four among medical colleges in Maharashtra. It is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Aurangabad, and was established in the year 1985. The college offers various courses such as Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), etc.
It has excellent infrastructure facilities including an all-weather multi-purpose stadium, swimming pool, and indoor sports complex.
The campus also includes a state-of-the-art research center named "National AIDS Research Center" that conducts clinical trials for HIV/AIDS patients.
These are the overall ranking of MGM college. It ranks fourth among the medical colleges in Maharashtra. The academic performance of this college is also good and many departments have been ranked in the top five by various surveys conducted by the government of India. The faculty is also very good with a lot of research work being done by them at the national level as well as the international level which makes them one of the best colleges in India
