What Is Mattress?

The mattresses are used in the traditional way of sleeping. Practicality and comfort, although very important, may not always be the first consideration, therefore selecting the right mattress is a key decision in the history of sleep. In the market best 12 inch matress avialble.

A good choice in selecting a mattress is the way to approach the task. There are four basic categories in mattresses:

Natural

These are one or more layers of textile or foam with a foam core in between, and sometimes with latex or memory foam in between these layers. The foam layers and the core are usually all foam and don't come apart.

Synthetic

Most modern mattresses are made with a blend of one or more materials, including fibers such as cotton, rayon, silk and polyester.

There are many types of material used in mattresses. Synthetic materials (e.g. foam and latex) may be the main types, but also there is the appearance category: non-sag mattresses, S-shaped mattresses, or mattresses with other fancy shapes, textures and materials. The main distinction between foam and non-foam mattresses is that foam has two layers and this, in turn, makes it more supportive, lighter and safer.

Light memory foam mattresses are ideal for those with low back or side sleepers as it offers good support without the heaviness of memory foam mattresses.

Sodatrip mattresses are a combination of synthetic or organic materials which offer good breathability for hot sleepers and no odor.

Light-weight synthetic mattresses are used for those who prefer a lighter option.

Straw mattresses are the cheapest (and lightest) of the categories as they consist of a wide, slightly compressed sheet of woven materials. The problem is that these mattresses may be very hot, as they offer a very shallow support from which to roll. Also 10 inch full mattress available in market.

The most interesting and peculiar category of mattresses is the specialty type (mattress) in which mattresses are built into the mattress.

Mattress topper mattresses

These mattresses are completely new and unique. They are the tiniest, thinnest of the categories, and can be placed on any type of bed.

Basically, these mattresses are a very thin layer of firm material which goes over a normal mattress.

Although toppers usually offer just a small upgrade in comfort, a good quality topper offers a better feel and weight distribution than the standard mattress. They also improve the breathability of a mattress, making it more breathable and more comfortable to lie on for the night.

In the history of sleeping, mattresses came into existence over 6000 years ago.

The most ancient archaeological evidence of mattresses dates back to the Bronze Age, around 2000 BCE.

The following two types of mattresses are known to archaeologists:

The hard, stone-like stools, made from one or more of the soft materials found in the Early Bronze Age graves in Italy and the Old Testament.

The tortoise-shell-like mattresses found in Egypt and Tunisia, which date from around 3000 BCE.

Modern history of mattresses

Since the 16th century, the different mattresses have had a variety of names:

Oval-shaped, cushioned mattresses or mattresses with flexible, colorful fabrics that were covered with felt.

These were called turbans, marbles and plasmas. The name rolled around various historical and geographic names, such as Franco-Persian, Greek, Turkish and Arabic.

Twelve hundred years ago, they were made of thick wool, while a thousand years ago they were made of straw.

Tooth brushes were the only non-fabric thing left in the most expensive beds and this continues to this day. The toothbrush was an early, luxury product.???????
