Caterpillar C 32 Ecm

This is Caterpillar’s big break in the 32-ton range and they’ve targeted volume, roof height, and productivity to cater to customer demographics. - The machine is built on a modular chassis that provides operator flexibility, with a single operational interface to simplify operation.

The machine features a high roof (178.2"), narrow profile (88"), infinitely variable blade up-and-over hydraulics, and a taller, lighter swing mechanism. Feathers can be removed for reduced earth clearance and reduced transport widths make the machine highly competitive with respect to transportation and installation costs.

What is ECM?

ECM is a non-standardized, non-proprietary specification for mobile equipment that allows for a standardized description of the machine and its components. ECM is managed by the ECM Global Working Group and has been ratified by the International Organization for Standardization. It is a standard for mobile equipment, not a standard for construction.

SINGLE OPERATIONAL INTERFACE.

The operator interface on the Caterpillar C 32 ECM is identical to the operator interface on the Caterpillar C32 ECM (EX). The key difference is the machine’s position. The C 32 ECM is positioned on a pivot point located between the front and rear bogies. This allows the machine to operate on a single operational interface.

How to Create a Complete ECM Solution

The complete ECM solution includes the following elements:

ECM system for all crawler excavators

Flotation machine

Mobile equipment lift

Mobile equipment crane

The mobile equipment lift is integrated into the ECM system and provides a complete and comprehensive solution for transporting the mobile equipment to the worksite. The flotation machine is designed to float and secure the mobile equipment during transport and is also integrated into the ECM system.

ECM systems are very cost-effective, because the same machine can be used for several applications, and the cost of installation is lower than the cost of purchasing a new machine.

ECM systems also ensure that the excavator will be ready for work as soon as it arrives at the worksite.

What is Enterprise Content Management?

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is a process for managing the organization, storage, retrieval, and delivery of digital content. ECM allows organizations to capture, manage, store, and share content in a single platform, regardless of device, application, location, or operating system. ECM solutions have been successfully deployed in the oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing industries, among others.
